we can't afford civilisation and war at the same time.
they also seem inconsistent with each other.
maybe that is being squeamish ?
pedatic even.
perhaps decades to be designated as civil and other decades set aside for war.
its too much !

its hard to have a movement over something that cant be seen. segregation can be seen, special interest can only be described. not as easily polarising.
you are right, this can't be seen.
it however is very much being felt.
my many directly, many by looking on incredulously.
even when ignored, ridiculed the mood ,tone changing.
haressed citizens watching their finest trample
over the covenants that civilisation depends upon.
fiducial chicanery and incompetence daily, income disparity more and more in your face.
the gulf between what you see on TV and the reality around you.
the gulf between the slogan, civil right and your constitutional standing
and the reality of the hollow bleating of vested interests
those sworn to protect you, turn on you. on your dime.
the right to assemble,to protest , to speak....eviscerated.
i totally support the unformed "occupy" non manifesto.
it is to their credo/ credit that proves them as not being " political players" like those that got us this far.
they represent that moment when the "inarticulate" become eloquent.
like Munch's Scream. enough !

living contrary to your stated principles.

the home user computer industry has brought its product to maturity.
now improvements in nano seconds do not matter, for the majority.
the only market that truly exists is the third world..where china is positioning
itself very well.btw.
they are, it seems, prepared to do the hard yards to create a viable market.
they are doing the large infrastructure developments, to create a wealth base that they
can work with....very smart and farseeing.
whilst we in the west fight over a diminishing market.
there is predictable growth in 3D printing.
the phone as the personal computer, with, perhaps, virtual reality goggles instead of screen size.or/and projected screens. projected keyboard and you have a laptop/tablet equivalent in your pocket....cool.
why are we having a privacy discussion about extrapolated sales intentions
when it is the governments that are collecting data to use against us when ever they get it wrong, which seems to be more and more frequent ?
the chinese computers sold to kashmiris etc. will not be american brands.
i think.
america can sell cutting edge to the developed world. where branding plays a role.
but, when i see how they are floundering in their copyright wars,i despair of them.
yet the business model ,that would create wealth for copyright holders, is totally out there and totally ignored despite the fact of the billions of iTunes downloads...
, the above is part of the " fun thing" killer app.

this is the aptly named Sombrero Galaxy.long way from here, long way from where ever.ther's a planet called New Hope.the irony being, there is no hope in irontown.been a mining planet since day one.machines the size of apartment blocks scour its surface, roaring, ripping up everything to get to the ores and bio fields. You can't see the machines, they live inside the sand storm of their own making.you can sense their presence from far away by the vibration in the surface, under your feet,in your chest it rumbles.the machines never stop.rotating shifts see to it.boring work, been doin' it for 3 years, quit yesterday.the bank interface reports all salary/savings/terminations honoured.enough for choices and transport to any of the settled worlds.couldn't be better.a holiday planet, full of transients.fade in smoothly.research the target.create an assassin.somewhere with an ocean, warm weather, cold drinks and good networks.put the info/data into play.flush out his target, and perforate it thru the head.job done.more options then.less violent ones.Somewhere in this huge galaxy,he had to find one man.it seemed impossible,129 billion people living on 41 different planets.but first things first,he would go to Stanbul planet.he keyed his destination into the console.he had a transfer coupon validation, visa and travel guide data download.a routine transfer,2 cycles to the portal.faster than light 5 more cycles, then the Stanbul terminus.1 cycle off planet.8 cycles to relax in and study the guide.

been thinking about the cambodian genocide trials, NGO mind set and fantasy.

not, not a happy place.
was sitting on my balcony in P.Phen.
6 am. a man having no legs nor arms wades on stumps thru the mud.

would a friend shoot him for kindness ?
no one reacted to him.
the entire country couldn't/ wouldn't buy him some skateboard thing to get around in.
nothing. squat.
the UN announces that it is going to spend several hundred million dollars on trials.
in a country where a banquet for 4 people cost me 6 bucks.
the slaughter goes on.

legal jackboots loom
When the defendant has already suffered enough, when it would be unfair or against the public interest for the defendant to be convicted, when the jury disagrees with the law itself, when the prosecution or the arresting authorities have gone “too far” in the single-minded quest to arrest and convict a particular defendant, when the punishments to be imposed are excessive or when the jury suspects that the charges have been brought for political reasons or to make an unfair example of the hapless defendant …
that is when a jury can acquit.a provision that allows that the foregoing may happen.
i bet this is not a part of the instruction to the jury.

dreams to wars.history to speculation on the future.comedy and personal lives.a treasury of thought.i have loaded this collection to all my friends computers.
yesterday a friend brought her laptop over to my house,we had a few programs to install,we did all that.when she got up on her screen the podcasts and said to me"can you remove all this" i did.
she had hardly listened to any,an abyssmal lack of.curiousity/intellect.a sad fuck. i complied.and this morning i woke up feeling like a nazi at a book burning.i am loathing this person today, who by the way is constantly bemoaning her boredom......she deserves boredom.

last rites for the soul dead.
Chinese leaders have the difficult task of 'smoothing the pillow' for the dying US Empire, without provoking one last, desperate, outburst of US aggression and violence. Burdened by debt, by a failing techno-scientific dominance(soon to be passed by the Chinese)a failing education system, failing infrastructure, a currency on the verge of a precipitous drop to worthlessness, a society riven by record inequality and ideological hatred amounting to outright fury, a dysfunctional political system where compromise is a dirty word and 'winner-takes-all' tactics rule the day, and a global empire suffering terminal overstretch, the US is that most dangerous creature, the wounded beast. Its one strong suit left, military power and the readiness to inflict violence or threaten it to intimidate, makes it yet more dangerous. If we get out of this without a war, I'll be very surprised.

the thing about the 7 day theory is that you can swap the days to suit your mood
need etc,but every 7 days you did each one.

take lunch to her..who made me,in her.atom by atom.
monday, attend to matters ,deal with maniacs.

192 sovereign countries on this planet.
the U.S.A. has military bases in 140 thereof.
wouldn't it be cheaper to just nuke a few ocassionally? as in send a message.
i learned of this yesterday, hard to get it out of my mind.
what does it mean?
140 vietnams,140 iraqs,140 afghanistans.count the $$$$$,count the lives.
is it the missionary gene, the greed,or just a stupid puppy thing ??
is the leaked information on civilian deaths/torture etc only a 140ieth of total ?
how many bases could be closed by ceasing the war on drugs?

way back we were horrified at the chinese 1 child policy.apparently it has quite a number of provisos that permit breaches.the only one i know of is to do with the parents ability to afford/educate any extra children.anyhow.....
today it seems to me that this regimen needs to be implemented globally if we are to avoid horrific catastropes, millions starving to death, fighting,on a daily basis, for water and food.
all this in a ravaged landscape......

we are onto you, conroy & cabal....
And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment…. It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions—by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence—on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice……And so it is to the printing press—to the recorder of man’s deeds, the keeper of his conscience, the courier of his news—that we look for strength and assistance, confident that with your help man will be what he was born to be: free and independent.”

So your faith still tells you to try and save me?
And you can’t understand why I can’t see?
Why I can’t or won’t join your merry band
Let me explain in words you will understand
Every baby who dies, every mother who weeps
Every father who searches, every suicide who leaps
Every gun-carrying child, every hate filled word
Every landmine injury, every unsheathed sword
Every man, woman and child who dies from malnutrition
Every government that sells aid to buy ammunition
Every drunk driver, every mourning son
Every crying daughter, every loaded gun
Every hole we find in the ozone layer
Every illegal pesticide sprayer
Every earthquake that crushes, every volcano that burns
Every hurricane that smashes, every tornado that turns
Every factory that still employs child labour
Every man who steals from his neighbour
Every avalanche that destroys, every surging flood
Every fire that razes, every town buried by mud
Every pensioner alone with hypothermia
Every fevered child with malaria
Every dead coral reef, every polluted sea
Every acid rain cloud, every poisoned tree
Every baby born with aids or heroin addiction
Every person in prison from corrupt conviction
Every coffin borne, every spiteful act
Every hostage taken, every broken pact
Every child beaten for making a noise
Every sick abuser of girls and boys
Every innocent betrayal, every youngster beguiled
Every shaken baby, every tortured child
Every grenade-throwing fanatic who kills for belief
Every happy home despoiled by the thief
Every fear, every tear, every raised fist
Every cry, every sigh, every slashed wrist
Every lie to perpetuate the status quo
Every forgotten relative waiting for a hello
Every knife, every strife, every wasted life
Every fight, every flight, every unkind slight
When any one of these things occurs
No angel protests, no cherub stirs
No messiah descends cloaked in light
No prophet returns to defend the right
No guru arrives to help the poor
No saint appears to stop the war
No answered prayers, all in vain.
No comfort for those alone in pain
No helping hand from a god on high
No explanation, apology or reason why

You don’t have to be Sigmund Freud to work out that equating the biological imperative that the human animal shares with all other living creatures to sexually reproduce as “original sin” and repressing an entirely natural drive to have sex in order to take a vow of celibacy is mentally unbalanced and psychologically unhealthy.
In other words, their entire philosophy and belief system is deeply flawed and actually unnatural.
Instead of acting like sex-hating prudes who are obsessed with what consenting adults get up to in the privacy of their own bedrooms maybe the Catholic church and all the Abrahamic faiths should just grow out of their self-induced infantilism and try to understand that there is nothing more unnatural than men in dresses who don’t have sex lecturing the rest of us who do have sex that they shouldn’t be having sex.

The question has to be asked "why is paedophilia so common within the Catholic Priesthood"?"

Minister in 'secret' snow meeting with mogul | News.com.au
Minister in 'secret' snow meeting with mogul | News.com.au: "Senator Conroy announced on February 7 that free-to-air providers would pay $250 million less in licence fees over the next two years in order to protect Australian content.
But his decision contained no clause making it compulsory for the networks to spend the money producing Australian content, meaning the money will instead go directly to their bottom lines.
Pay-TV operators, including the biggest broadcaster, Foxtel (which is part-owned by News Ltd, publisher of the Sunday Herald Sun), were unhappy, accusing the Government of giving preferential treatment to the free-to-air operators.
Senator Conroy is already under pressure after recommending his mate, former Queensland Labor MP Mike Kaiser, should get a $450,000-a-year job with NBN Co, the government agency responsible for rolling out the Government's $43 billion national broadband network.
The Government is also under fire over revelations Environment Minister Peter Garrett had been warned 13 times about dangers in the Government's funding of housing insulation.
The flood of money spawned a rise in untrained operators, leading to a spate of house fires."....................your government at work.

Once the threat has passed, a further signal could restore the pathways. Everyone is saved. Including the children.
It could even be used by police, they could scan you, and activate your compliance device specifically without touching anyone else. Again, if you're found not to have one, the penalty is death anyway, so you're just summarily executed on the spot. This will protect the police, and the public from any danger if that danger could be dealt with immediately.
Wouldn't this make you safe guys? You know, the ones that don't have any problems with the police restricting your services for daring to protest. Isn't this the path you want to happen. Step up then, you go first for the implant. Off you go.
